This is a thick nutritious smoothie that can be had as a snack, breakfast or even as post gym recovery meal.
Greek yogurt and avocado combine to provide a creamy consistency in this smoothie. It is filling, nutritious and will keep you full for hours.
– 200 mL whole milk
– 1 tsp. coconut oil
– 1 scoop of strawberry whey protein powder
– 5 fresh strawberries
– 2 Tbsp. avocado
– 1 Tbsp. Greek yoghurt
– 1 tsp. honey
1. Blend all ingredients and serve.
2. For a thicker or thinner smoothie, adjust the amount of milk and ice-cubes to suit your preference.
